This policy is for shipments of products to customers in the United States.
All orders are typically shipped with their respective carriers within 72 hours of receipt (except on Sundays) from our office based in Chicago.
Orders placed during a holiday will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Please note that with Covid-19, our shipping partners have suspended their service guarantees so there may be delays in receiving your order against their original estimated delivery date. Additionally, USPS is experiencing significant delays so despite packages being delivered to our local post office within 24 hours, it is taking between 5-10 days for them to be scanned in and put in transit.
